I've been using the diva cup for the last 3 years, number 1 model. I have a pretty heavy flow the first 1 or 2 days and I loved it, this cup seems slightly bigger and it's amazing because I don't have to switch out as much! The little "ball" part at the end makes removing SO much easier!
